We conceptualized, planned, and executed RISE, a 3-day offsite event for the Reliance Procurement Team at the luxurious W Hotel, Goa. The event blended strategic sessions, bonding activities, and premium hospitality to deliver a holistic and memorable team experience

Event Flow & Highlights

Day 1 – Welcome & Kick-off

• 1:00 PM – Check-in and welcome at W Goa
• Opening Session – Event kick-off with the core theme of RISE
• Business Tracks – Breakout sessions covering:
  • Indirect Procurement
  • Supplier Relationship Management (SRM)
  • Direct Procurement
• Evening – Curated dinner followed by the "Hideout" Party

Day 2 – Collaboration & Celebration

• Morning – Breakfast followed by internal presentations & strategy meetings
• Afternoon – Lunch
• Group bonding activities
• Leisure time at the Rock Pool
• Evening – Gala Dinner under the stars with live DJ entertainment
